Continuously produced in England since 1816, the Blue Italian pattern from Spode will easily find a home on a casual or more formal table. Each piece utilizes an underglaze blue printing process created by Josiah Spode and still employed today. The varying shades of blue and cream give depth to each piece and enhance the lovely setting. The central scene decorating each tableware piece was based upon a late 17th Century drawing depicting Italian ruins in a pastoral landscape, while an 18th Century Chinese-inspired pattern adorns the outer edges.

Whether this 12-piece dinnerware set with service for four is a starter set, a gift, or an addition to a collection, it will be sure to retain its beauty for years.
